Sometimes the dealer gets you
A dealer in a Midwest casino was recently fired for ‘back loading,’ a theft technique where the dealer splashes a bit of the pot in to his tray. At this casino, dealers kept their own tips and whatever amount their tray was over they got to keep. If you see chips go in to the dealer’s rack, be sure to ask for a count.
