Hunting for online poker bonuses isn’t always a good deal
You’ll see a lot of talk online about bonus hunting (also often referred to as bonus whoring). The basic idea is that if you move from site to site taking advantages of deposit bonuses and other promos, you’ll make risk-free money.
The fact is that bonus whoring can be a very expensive undertaking. Moving to a new site can move you into tougher games, can leave you paying higher rake, and can tie up money you might need for your regular game. Bonuses are often very difficult to clear and confusingly structured. At the end of the day, you’re probably better off just sticking at a site where you can beat the games - that’s the most profitable type of bonus you’ll find online.
