Draws in No Limit vs draws in Limit Holdem
Draws in no limit hold em are much tougher to handle than draws in limit holdem. Playing a draw in limit is usually a matter of pure math with few, if any, variables. Sometimes all you have to consider is the amount of money in the pot relative to the bet you’re facing. Not so much in no limit holdem, where you need a much more nuanced awareness of stack sizes, the likely hands you’re facing, the relative willingness of an opponent to pay you off when you make a draw and the degree of that payoff, and so on. In limit, the play with a draw is often automatic - in no limit, the play with the same exact draw has to be given more thought.
