Don’t be the first person to bluff an opponent
Try not to be the first person at a table to make another person fold. Bluffing is a critical part of the game, and sometimes in tournaments you will have to just flat ignore this rule, but it’s very helpful to know that a person you’re trying to bluff actually has the ability to fold a hand. A lot of players don’t.
